Preds either maintain a lot or are paying to ditch Turris. Keeping him is a gamble. If he rebounds then you are alright, if not he is an anchor. Thats why you are gonna have to pay to lose him, or take back soemthing similar.

Think about it, 31 teams in the nhl and turris has fallen to 3rd line center on nashville. Every team has their number 1 center some teams have 2 number 1 centers turris wouldn't be first line center on any team therefore not in the top 30 for centers let alone players

He was number 2 and could have been number 1 on last seasons presidents trophy winner if he was good enough. Shouldn't top players make the players around them better? He has not been able to do much with the ice time given. Thats why they went and replaced him with Duchene, thats why ottawa replaced turris with duchene as well. Duchene is Turris's kryptonite
