Description
Send Bishop back home for a draft pick and Elliott as his contract also expires next year. And I like Matt Martin and signed him to what I think is a fair deal.

St. Louis might be in the same position as Tampa, no cap space to take on an extra 3.2 m for a goalie.

That's one heck of a price tag to set with Kucherov with Hedman, Drouin, Johnson, & Palat all needing contracts next season, and nothing of significant value coming off the books. I am intrigued at what your outlook for the 2017-18 season would be.
That being said, this roster is a Stanley Cup favorite.

I will put something together. I have ran multiple scenarios. I will be difficult but they can maintain the core. I valued Kucherov between Barkov's 6M and Tarasenko's 7.5M deals. 59g, 131 points past two years and 21g, 41p in 43 playoff games. I can't see how they get him signed for anything less then 6.5M.
