Key roster battles
Bowey vs Kaski.
I have Bowey winning as kaski can be sent to the ahl without waivers. Both are solid options, obviously Kaski might be able to bring some offense. Curious to see him at camp. Id love to move green to get both these players in the line up

Fleury vs Cholowski vs Daley vs Hicketts
I chose youth. Didn’t want to send Daley to the A in case of injury to team and respect to him as a vet. Could still potentially see him moved (the most likely option imo)

Abby vs Rasmussen
It’s blashill. We know what’s going to happen here lol

Ehn va De La Rose
I chose Ehn because while they are similar bottom 6 two way centers, Ehn has the edge based on being a better skater

I wouldn’t be a fan of most the roster decisions (minus the defense) but I think this is roughly where we end up

I have wings taking Cozens in the draft with turcotte and Bryam both off the board.

I see the Svech to Carolina deal all the time. While I would love to make a deal why would any team give up a legitimate prospect for a guy who has yet to play a full season of pro hockey, and coming off an ACL tear. I loved the pick and the prospect Svechnikov., but no team is going to risk making a deal for him.

Hayden fleury was drafted in 2014 and is yet to play a full season of nhl hockey. Svechnikov was drafted in 2015 and has the one injury as the setback on his record. If he’s healthy, the value is there and a fit in needs for both teams
