I'm not sure Ottawa would trade Dylan DeMelo for Timothy Liljegren and a fifth. Why do you think Andreas Borgman has a brighter future than DeMelo, who appears to me at least to have already proven himself at the NHL level?

I think Demelo costs more but he would be soooo good for Toronto. If Im the Leafs, Id rather have Kapanen than Johnsson. Is that not the majority feeling?

I agree Mello might be worth some more, but he would be a great fit in Toronto. Borgman does have a bright future in the NHL, but the leafs are stacked with LHD prospects - Rosen, Sandin etc...

I actually like the Z trade. unlike most, I do believe Z has positive trade value but his contract is tough to unload. Z fits nicely in their top 4.
