Why on earth would we sign Tanev to a deal worth nearly $4 million? Hayes aint staying, and Myers is probably too expensive. Trouba for Fox isn't going to work, and trading away Stanley just to dump Kulikov doesn't make sense. Also you don't have any cap for scratched players.
