Subban for Kessel by it's self is horrible trade for Nashville. Add in the cap dump of Jack Johnson and it is completely ridiculous.

I mean, not really. Kessel is clearly the better the player making less money. Subban is good, but thats it. Not even near worth $9M. Plus its been rumored as is. As a Penguins fan, I want Subban as far away from my team as possible.

IMO, Subban is a former Norris trophy winner who controls the game when he is on the ice. He battled injury's for a lot of this season but is typically a 50-60 point defenseman with a cannon of a shot. Kessel has never been able to drive play while on the ice or even a line for that matter. He is always a complementary player.

Not to mention the value of a RHD over a winger.

not even close to correct. Kessel makes over 2million less and is over a ppg player. Not to mention for a team that has a strong defense already, could use help on the forward side of things, and had lots of trouble with the pp. If you don't think that would be a great trade for them, that's fine. But horrible?? that's utter nonsense.
