I don't think he's great, but he is a tougher version of Pateryn who is just a D man. Plus paring him with our best D-man (Spurg) will hopefully help his game. Just looking to add grit at a D position we know we can't protect the following year and get something back for it.

If he had one year left on his contract, I’d give him a shot but not 3 years...no chance! Plus, Seeler brings plenty of grit...as long as Fenton stops dictating playing time...
