Think it's fair based on value. Schultz is still young and is a top4 dman who won't cost Tyson Barrie money, especially when they have Sammy Girard & Cale Makar in the pipeline. Tyson will probably get close to $8.5 next year, which could create an issue with Pittsburgh as well. Kessel is still a PPG player (even in his down year) and I don't see his age concerning him too much for his style of play. The upgrade on defense is obviously there, but they would be losing a big part of their top6 as the medium. Value is fair, but I don't see it benefiting the Penguins other than creating cap space (used to sign both Col players, but at least not losing Schultz for nothing)
