You’re asking the Panthers to take a huge salary dump, the highest return they would give would be Trocheck and a third round pick. Also, Kessel would fetch you at most Fischer and a third.

He kept it under the cap because he gave Kapanen a bogus contract. There is no way in hell Toronto wouldn't match that low offer. Out of all the other teams in the league who have the necessary picks and cap space, the offers would be priced high enough to where Toronto wouldn't be able to match. That's just common sense.

For the last time Huberdeau isn't getting moved, He's as untouchable as they come. Any deal for Malkin would be Trocheck++ not Huberdeau++

normally when I see this many deals, I assume it would be lunacy. I think this is actually really well thought out, and for the most part, the trades are good in a vacuum. I think a couple need some tweaks, but not bad at all.
