Description

Deepening the rebuild for the Ottawa Senators, includes a Bobby Ryan trade which may or may not be stupid.

No need for OTT to trade Ryan, still a solid player and they dont need cap space. no need to give up those assets

Toronto might not have the cap space to sign him in the first place. He doesn't have a NMC so it's easier to move the RFA rights.

Fair, I guess I feel KK is worth at least a 1st (he is worth a 1st & 3rd at @ a $4.06m salary) with the offer sheet rules.

Perhaps he is, however he needs a bridge contract since this was his rookie season and he did do fairly well. Ottawa can't afford to give another first round pick away lol. 3.8 mil is fair in my eyes.
