What horrible coaching. You can see exactly what's happening on the ice. They form that diamond and clog up the center with 1 guy on the bottom of the diamond retrieving the puck so you can't dump it in.

Meanwhile when they can get down there to do dump and chase no one lays the forecheck. You have to make them pay when you dump it in down there. That's how you apply pressure and force them into mistakes. But no one laid the forecheck.

Too much stick checking and the coach never laid into them about it.
