Signing Eberle is not a good idea (IMO). He's not very good anymore.
Too much, too soon for Fiala - he has a long ways to go to earn a contract like that. He needs a 2 year "prove it" deal.

I can see that LA trade though. Like Rags said above, the Wild might need to sweeten that deal a bit, but I can see Zucker in a Kings' sweater and think he would be good there.

Ultimately, I'd like to target the Avs for their 4thOA pick. It might take Spurgeon and our 1st, or Spurgeon and Zucker...but it might be worth it in the long run...if that's a fit for the Avs.

Yeah I haven’t seen him in many scenarios. So I thought I would add him. I also had the idea of a Pavelski. Older guy who would be on more the time line of Koivu and Staal.

The only issue I have with trading with the Avs is trading with a team in our division. I also see replacing a forward is easier this offseason than replacing a RHD.
