Lot of these lower line players getting way too high picks. Most of them wouldn't even fit to the roster of the teams they're traded to.

Also FLA loses here quite a lot. Gallagher's 50-point winger, Huberdeau's 70.

Shaw is maxing out at a 2nd, no more. I originally had Drouin for Guhle, Kase, and a 2019 1st but then I noticed that I was really overvaluing him.

Shaw has 40 points in 56 games while playing up and down the lineup, he;s only 27 and makes less then 4 mill for the next 3 years. he's easily getting you a 1st rd pick. plus he's doing all of this after coming back from serious concussion issues.

read this story. he opens up about how he felt mentally. like going through that and coming back to nearing a career high in points is nothing short of impressive.

This season is remarkable for him, I agree with that. His production is excellent, but his pedigree is not very strong. At most he is a 40 point scorer, that's an OK 2nd line player. I disagree with you in that I don't think that any NHL team would be willing to give up a 1st for him. Every Hab had an increase in production, his does not make him a 1st round value player.

he's entering his prime, and is a 50 point winger who can play a tough game. if its not a 1st rd pick, then for sure he's getting at least 2 2nds and a prospect.
