      There is talk that some scouts and executives have joked about the possibilty of Toronto reuniting the london knights line. I have no idea if these trades would be fair or if any of the three teams would even be interested. This was just for fun really nothing serious.

      No real issue with the trade with ARI. But the EDM trade makes no sense for them. They drop 3 spots to add Michalek (barely an NHL D man) and Percy (not an NHL dman). Percy couldn't even get a sniff at TML....terrible value.

      So if this rumour is true who is our franchise center?? Nylander, Kadri will thrive in the 2/3 role but when you have an opportunity to draft a complete center like Matthews... well the leafs don't do stupid things like that anymore

      If, a really big if, the Leafs traded Matthews ( a potential franchise player), Dylan Strome (a potential franchise player) would be part of the package coming back to the Leafs. And the 7th overall an Dvorak and even then I don't think the Leafs makes the deal.
