Description
I'm going to try to be as realistic as possible with what the free agents will be signed for.

Note: I know eating Lehtera's salary is rough, but he's overpaid and streaky, plus the Blues want to build on the defense. Hanifin probably isn't the answer; I'm trying to think of a veteran defender the Blues could bring in that matches their style.

    Ranger fans are quite willing to trade Staal or Girardi to the Blues for Leherta,or Shattenkirk. Of course it doesn't help the Blues....

    Hanafin is the dman Carolinas building around. I'm trying to find a good value for Shatt to Buffalo but Reinhart is not an option. Only young guys that are available have little NHL experience.
