This is better than some that I have seen at forward.
I like the idea of Skinner replacing Panarin. Hoffman or Lee or Eberle would be a good choices too.

D and G are still a bit weak.
D is still inexperienced, I would like to see one more solid veteran in there to stabilize things
Mrazek is not that good, and Korpi has struggled with GAA and S%.
Maybe even signing McIlhinney back as the backup, he is playing very well this year in Carolina.

skinner is signing with Buffalo, it's a 8 year issues from what I have been told. They have to wait till the season ends or something.

They would be better off sending off Dubinski. No way they trade Foligno he's a good captain. Sticks up for his teammates etc..

Buffalo does not have Skinner's rights so they can't sign him to an 8-year deal.

no he's right, there is something about being able to sign an 8 year deal. It's the same for Vegas. It's why Stone isn't signed yet, but agreed to an 8 year deal reportedly.
I don't remember what the loophole is but there is an issue and they are just waiting.

they don't have rights to sign an 8 year extension until march 1st. That's the rule. Which explains why players like Skinner and Stone weren't signed right away and will be done soon.
