Just two main things I think about this:
1. I would not want to take Neal back as part of a return for Hall. He is not impressing and is not worth it for a rebuilding team who could be good in the next couple years. He is practically a cap dump at the moment. I see why you might include him, but I think futures are more worthwhile since Bennett and Lazar are not really valuable as youngsters (prospects would be better than Neal in this case, imo)
2. The Winnipeg deal is not quite fair. Winnipeg would not accept because the likelihood is that they will not move Niku unless it is super worth it here and now, and especially not if they are also giving up a 2nd rounder. MoJo is good and would take a return of that sort, but Winnipeg wouldn't do it, imo.

I am also a little bit unsure of what real value Stafford has but that is a very minor deal. This is a team that could be quite good in the future though, and your thoughts might not be too far off. I personally would not trade Hall at all because he is practically a franchise player (at least an elite one) and will do great things alongside Hischier.

Also, why dach? Is that just the player you hope for them to get? I do think that a C would be a good idea...

You can get more for Hall, Neal has negative value and other than Bennet and the 1st theres not much coming back to NJ

WAY too much for Johansson, maybe just a 2nd for MJ

Seeing that Hall just had Hart trophy season the year prior, and the uncertainty that he will resign when his contract is up, I saw an opportunity to get as much back for him via a trade now as his value is at an all-time high. (regardless of the injury plagued season he's had this year). I included Neil as a cap dump yes, so that Calgary could have the opportunity to resign Hall.

Mojo - I was trying to come up with a trade candidate that could possibly get us a 1st in return for him but could not, therefore thought about Winni missing out on Duchene. Seeing that they could be in a "all-in" mode at the moment, I felt that Shero could get them to possibly overpay for Mojo.

Dach - Im assuming that the Devils will not get the top 2 picks, therefore, outside of Hughes and Kaapo, Dach is my next preference.

If Shero completes this trade deadline with a third for Kinkaid he's a genius.

I think Mojo to a team contending with a first Rd player drafted in the last three yrs playing in the A is ideal. So it's not as painful as this year's first.
Although teams may not want to pay for Stones/Zucs/Hayes of the league.
Marcus is that next tier, less painful.
Stafford trade is fine if you can get it
Hall trade is not happening unless we hear he wants out, and nothing here on jersey says that.
Good trades!

We would be lucky to trade Kinkaid to someone for future considerations.....with how he has played lately
