I think the first two trades are pretty fair.
Playoff Silfverberg is fantastic (0.89 P/GP in the past 4 seasons and is very defensively sound), and most 2nd line wingers go for a first and a few picks/prospects (similar to Evander Kane and Tomas Tatar trades). He's stuck on a bad team and has been injured for a bit, so his points are low, but he is definitely worth a 1st and a good prospect. Valimaki isn't crazy good (wouldn't call him A+), but if Flames really like him, the Ducks should get someone of similar quality in return.
I think the Henrique trade is fair if you are assuming he falls off in a few years, leaving Colorado with a potentially overpaid player. However, if he stays healthy, then Colorado gets a steal. It's a decent bet to make since they have Ottawa's 1st. That being said, I think the Ducks need him next year with Kesler's future being in question, so I'm not sure that they make this trade.
The next 3 are pretty bad, in my opinion.
First of all, Rakell is worth a lot more than two firsts. Unless you're assuming that both of them are going to be top 5 picks, it's not worth it because Rakell is a proven top-line winger capable of scoring 30 goals. You can't say that about mid-to-late 1st round picks (assuming EDM makes the playoffs). Not to mention, he is on a super cheap deal for years to come and the Ducks plan to rebuild around him for the future. Throwing in Spooner makes it worse, because you're basically asking the Ducks to pay millions of dollars for an AHL player. There's no way the Ducks make this trade unless the Oilers throw in a lot more.
Unless Eaves comes back and starts scoring at a 30 goal pace again in the next week, no one is going to pay for a guy whose body is weak and is probably done for his career. He's a great guy, and you feel for him, but he doesn't have any playing value left.
If Miller comes back, then I can maybe see it happening, but he has under-performed all season and probably isn't worth more than a conditional 7th if a team really needs someone. He was claimed on waivers after all. Arizona definitely wouldn't take him. They're not in the playoff race, so they're definitely not going to give away picks for a backup goalie who is only going to play a few regular season games this year.
