Fabbro is Nashville's top d prospect however he could be moved because the preds are set at RD.
If Stone has an extention included then yes. Otherwise it is a slight overpayment. Remove one of Hartman or Fabbro and replace with a lower prospect

I believe Poile could get something done. I find that Stone fits the Nashville system more than others in FA (Panarin). Poile would have to shift the roster around next year. Maybe move one of Smith or Bonino.
