I would have to believe he is looking to upgrade his defense. Would have to think it's Josh Manson. Adding Manson makes them a lot tougher and meaner to play against, which seems to be the Leafs kryptonite come playoff time. Just ask the Bruins. I don't think Cam Fowler or Hampus Lindholm is available.

yeah but he's a rhd. our right side is already better then the leafs by a mile. on top of that fluery, brook and juulsen are all rhd with top 4 potential. maybe if manson can play the left side, sure. i dont think bergevin is going after fowler. he'll be expensive

Maybe Del Zotto? I know he has played many games with the ducks but he hits a ton, would be easy to acquire and is a LD. He has had some productive seasons in the past as well.
