I think you can eliminate Panarin, Schenn, Zucc. Panarin cost plus unable to re-sign makes it pointless to try. Blues are not in sell mode anymore. Zucc not what they need.

The rest are certainly targets. They were scouting Sens last night. Stone, Duchesne, Dzingel all in the radar.

Not as much. Panarin would go UFA at years end and sign elsewhere, Stone-Duchesne-Zinger at least the option to extend/re-sign is there. Some roster shuffling would be required.
