I was talking to blueseeker... I see the fairly clear and assive aggressive sarcasm.

If I was sure Reilly and dermott stay healthy I would move him at the TDL for a decent return.

What is Gardiner?
Hopefully one of the leafs fans can explain this to me..


I see two schools of thought on here.
A) Gardiner is underrated and will be paid much more in his next deal
B) Gardiner is overrated and a liability

Well he got sat and now he seems to be with ozzy. He has his good and bad points, his bad stuff is just so obvious because it is usually him doing something dumb on a 1on1 battle or a bad pinch. He has been more active hysucal this season which I like.


Not to worry though. Next year he is not a leaf and ozzy and dermott have both been looking great.

As long as he isn’t a leaf next season I really don’t care if he is a or b or any other letter

He is both lol. What he does well, deceptive with the puck moves it very well contributes on offence and is great at breaking out of the zone. He is great at preventing zone entry and gap control as well.

Now the bad.... sometimes he forgets that he is playing hockey and not watching a game.... he lacks grit and determination. He’s like the Kovalev of defencemen...

Basically, he is a left handed discount pk Subban without the attitude.

On an other note: I'm ****ing pissed. I went to this game, and the team decided to not show up, But I'm to busy being angry at the ****s in the lower bowl who Decided that booing the 2nd best dman this team has had since kaberle and willy everytime they touched the puck when they were trying to comeback from a 1 GOAL DEFICIT was a good idea in any way. Gards has his flaws, but he does everything for this team, and half the fan base doesn't have a ****ing clue. These morons are going to run gards out of town when he has indicated a willingness to play nice with dubas and try to help on his contract to keep this team together, and these are the same people who constantly say the defense needs an upgrade! Losing your 2nd best guy who produces a ton of offence from the back end is NOT the way to improve the D core.

****. This city doesn't deserve a winning team, They deserve the JF Jr era for the rest of time. If they ever put a team in Hamilton, I'm switching over, cause this city and so many of its fans honestly disgust me.

Yeah I know, I only go once a year at the most, and have only been to 3 paid games (one was pre season this year vs Buffalo) cause ****s expensive. Funny enough my first live game was those coke free pre season games from awhile back. Those were... Interesting....

I also have no proof it came from the lower bowl, I just thought it could be heard from the 109 ish area, might have been top too, more ppl were joining in each time which was concerning...

God I'm pissed... 2nd "real" game I ever paid for and I get this **** from team and fan base....

I watch them here in Calgary... tickets are cheap and it’s about 60% leafs fans and they go all out. Seems like they get a lot more go leafs go here in Calgary than back home, I always notice our home games are so quiet.... it’s concerning and maybe it contributes to our ****ty home record.

I noticed that the building went very quiet around the 2nd and stayed that way the rest of the game. No energy at all. Last year I was at the Anaheim Leafs barn burner where perry took out freddy and it seemed better then, although still not MTL Forum loud. Winning does help alot tho.
