Description
The Flames decide to keep pace with Edmonton in trying to win now. With some good prospects already in the system, they trade their 1st for a nice package and dump some ugly contracts. A couple FA signings later and they're playoff bound.

would rather over pay Reimer for 3 years as a stpp gap than make that Trade. By all accounts 6th overall projects to be a better player down the road then
either McCann or Miller ever are or weere.
ONly way Flames get rid of 6 for a goalie is if that goalie is an elite proven goalie prospect. Thinking of a Matt Murray here, though I doubt you see PIT move him now.
