That first deal for the Blues is awful. Simmonds is UFA after the season is over and Ghost can't play defense. If we want to trade Parayko, we would need at least Sanheim and one of Rubtsov, Vorobyov, or Konecny which won't probably happen

I mean Ghost is still really damn good and essentially we'd be hoping Dunn might turn into. Fair on the Parayko aspect though. Maybe instead of Simmonds it's Sanheim. Doubtful they move Konecny (though obviously that'd be ideal).

Ghost can QB a PP, that's about it. I actually think Dunn is better defensively while being able to be a qb on the PP.

Phili trade is not enough for both Parayko and Dunn, Simmonds is irrelevant to a team not making playoffs.

Ghost is just a better more established Dunn and that small upgrade and a 1st is not near enough for Parayko.
Would revise Ghost, Konecny/Linblhom and a 1st.

The Flyers would never do that trade. Ghost is their PP QB, #2 d-man and is on a ridiculously cheap contract. You say he can't play D but that just means you haven't watched him in the last year-and-a-half.

I'd be willing to concede TVR and add a diff D man or prospect instead. Perhaps even try for someone like Pesce + Teuvo... Though that's doubtful.
