Its a good look but, I don't care how he does at the IIHW, I cannot justify drafting Laine ahead of Matthews. Would rather Elliot or Andersen in goal too!

Leaf fans need to accept the fact that guys like Leivo and Corrado are just as (if not more) likely to be journeyman AHL'ers as they are to becoming a consistent NHL'er.

I don't mind adding a guy like Cam Ward for 1-2 years. I'm skeptical that Sparks or Bibeau are long term answers in net for us and we could use a vet for a few years. $4m seems high for him given his performance the past few years. Doesn't seem like the type of guy that teams will get into bidding wars for. Andersen has been the sexy trade acquisition for the leafs on this website but, again, he's someone we'd have to give up assets for and he could very well end up being another Bernier or Lindback.
