Description

Flyers stabilize their hold of a defense and get a top pairing partner for Provorov in Braun. Get a 4th liner in Karlsson that's good in the little things and PK even though he's not an offensive threat. 2nd round pick to make it up.

Simmonds is on an expiring deal and I could see the Flyers looking to get something for him in return if negotiations aren't going well leading up to the TDL.

Deal also forces both Vlasic and PDB to just go with the Vlasic / Karlsson top pairing.
