He isn't the problem, the team may need a shakeup they are looking stagnant and Crosby isn't 25 and capable of dominating everyone every shift. He needs support and the depth just isn't as good as it used to be. Perhaps an off year and a higher draft pick would be a good reboot for the team. Trade some vets like Brassard and Kessel and get some youth and cheaper depth and see how things go next year.
