LA is garbage. playing with Malkin or crosby will help his game. Pearson has way more offensive upside than hagelin. use your head.

~4M off the books for this upcoming offseason isn’t ideal for the big picture? Hagelin also gives Kempe someone better to play with, that’ll match his pace. It’s not a bad deal for LA by any means, but of course I’d prefer Pearson to Hagelin any day on the overall roster.

Lol. Maybe it works but Pearson is no world beater by any means. Since LA's offence is so bad, if Pearson has as much upside as you suggest, maybe he would have more than 1 assist after playing nearly a 1/4 of the season?
