So many teams will be making Schuldt offers when he finishes his season with St-Could State. Other then having his best bud in Poehling, Habs will have a hard time convincing him to join. With his loyalty to refuse NHL contracts for the past 2 years to stay home in Minnesota to try and win a NCAA championship, the Wild will no doubt be the front runners.

Schuldt will need time he plays a very light schedule at half the games of NHL and a shorter playoff tournament so his conditioning will need work 100% to play top 4 instead he'd be better off on third pair with Juulsen playing 16-18 minutes building up his conditioning /stamina .if Mete cant step up by next year we should move him in a deal for a youth LD ready now like Sanheim or Fleury
