I don't think Toronto makes that trade. They have Bernier already at 4.15 mil, they won't be looking to add another goalie at 3.5mil.
All of your RFAs seem underpayed, except maybe Andersen. Wasn't Vatanen asking for 6 mil? I think Lindholm would be atleast 5.5 and Vatanen 5.

The Leafs love that trade (the reason the Ducks wouldn't go for it). Fowler and JVR about even but getting Anderson for a draft pick. would be a steal for the Leafs If Andersen is truly a # 1 goalie, he'll get more but the RFA signing are about right.
No way the Flyers give up their #1 goalie for a # 7 Dman.

If they had arbitration rights, were on their 2nd pro contracts, were paid at the highest rate of their comparables (long term), or were ufa they would be paid more. Both the trades and $$ amounts are meant to be ballpark. Some players will seem expensive, some a steal. Some combo of contracts that need to be moved for a LW and a dump for an expiring UFA. The exact players are not that important since I like everyone else have 0 inside track on the minds of management groups. That's why John Scott was my 13th.
