i think youre either severly underrating ghost or highly overrating trouba. no way is a 1 for 1 fair. winnipeg would have to add much more

Just trying to get a base deal that both fan bases would agree to. I myself am a flyers fan and I also thought wpg would have to add, but I didn’t know if that was just my homerism or if others felt the same way too.

I too am a massive Flyers fan but this would be a terrible trade for the Flyers to agree with. Ghost is far better than Trouba and the Flyers would never give him up.

Yeah because Trouba so wants to play in Philly. He's going home to Detroit or playing here in Florida possibly could see him in Boston as well.

Humility and good listening make debate more productive. I think Gostisbehere has more points at a younger age, and is a smidge faster. Trouba gas more of a reputation as a solid defender. If that's earned, maybe he's more of the guy Philly wants to build around? I think Winnipeg adds a pick, and gets cap space to rent an offensive piece.

Why would he have no interest in Philly?

Ghost will not get moved with that contract, it is entirely too team friendly and valuable in the cap world. We would have to receive a massive over payment to move him.
