Sign Liles to be PP specialist/depth for a year as Grzelcyk should be ready next year. Sign Stempniak for a year to bridge Senyshyn. Slide Vatrano into Spooner spot with vets on wings. Sign Kelly for leadership and depth at center and wing. Hopefully Hockey Writer news of Vesey wanting to sign with B's is true. That leaves 4m to add at trade deadline and 10m next year to bump Marchy /Pasta.

Would love to find a taker for Hayes even if a late 6/7 rd pick. If not, he plays 4th line / fill in and will remain Dsweens scarlet letter and cautionary tale.

I like everything about it. the cap space left for Marchand/Pasta being the key. While I think Seids/Hayes definitely need to go as well, they will be hard to move (potential total of 10 million to your mock before Chara's contract goes down). One thing though.... I know they list Vatrano as a center here, but as a pro I don't see him ever playing center. He's been used exclusively on the wing and I believe that's where he'll stay. Would have to find a center (not named chris kelly) to play.

Pretty good moves. Dumba would need to be paid more but overall not bad. Minnesota probably wouldn't want to part with Tuch because they are a little weak in terms of prospect depth so Coyle makes more sense. Only thing I don't like is bringing back Gustavsson.
