Don't think they would want to break up the Anisimov Kane and panarin line

Schmaltz will be good but i agree, Sanheim will probably be better or at least is currently worth more than Schmaltz straight up.

They already have for much of this playoffs series. They'll probably bounce lines around a bit more next preseasons, but I wouldn't be shocked if they roll a 1st line of pure scoring studliness next year.

That's fine - I can't tell how much other orgs value their prospects all the time. It could also be Schmaltz for Morin +, I just don't know what the + would be...

We also could look to trade with the Ducks for Montour or Theodore.

I think they keep Schmaltz and it all really depends how deep this playoff run goes. What I don't see though is trading for a D prospect. They have a lot of those. Maybe not top tier prospects, but Schmaltz isn't going to get those. They want a veteran until the prospects are truly ready. TVRs 2nd year...Gus's 1st year...Pokka not even up yet...Give'm a little time. Nick Leddy was a continual scratch in games that mattered too. Now he's doing pretty good, even if I truly believe his role should be a #3 and not #2.
