Who would’ve guessed a GM would trade Seguin for Eriksson, Fraser, Morrow, and Smith? Crazy trades do happen.

What I am trying to say is that some of the trades Leafs fans have been proposing may be outlandish, but sometimes outlandish trades do happen. I figured I’d bring up the Seguin trade since I’m sure you’re aware firsthand of how bad that was. Thornton and Bourque/Andreychuck were also awful deals that I can recall.

I think he means crazier things have happened. But the idea of a leaf fan cheering for Boston.. nah, it won't happen.

I agree, but said leafs fans actually believe their trades make sense.

As in this is such a lopsided trade with Philly getting the short end of the stick and Boston walking away heroes that this is comical. The poster was saying that he's seen **** like this happen before though, so who knows. In all actuality though this isn't going to happen unless someone puts a gun to Hextall's head.
