They signed in 2019 and this 2020 roster.

I really think if Grundstrom, Dermot, Borgman and maybe some others are deserving of expensive long term contracts, they will get it, and maybe a guy like Nylander has to be traded.
Having too many good players is not a problem one or more can be traded for cap reasons.

Man that is sweet! I doubt the cap will get that high, but we can hope!
Let me put this down now: Marner will take a hometown discount to keep this team together. He is poised to explode this year, and will be worth more, but he will sign for 7M if he sees others chipping in.
Let's hope they all want to win rather than go for pay days early on in careers.
