Mitchell will be a top 4 D in NHL in 2-4 years and next years draft is expected to be very deep so 2nd round pick could bring Carolina another great future asset while hawks can afford to trade Mitchell cause they hava Jokiharju and Boqvist coming in about same time and are both also RHD.

Canes already have Hamilton, Pesce, TVR on the right side so they dont really need Faulk anymore. Fleury and Bean will likely be ready too. If they want another cheap and good roster player, offer them Oesterle.
