The John Moore signing seems quite low, and given the interest he seems to be garnering during the tampering period, I have a hard time believing he'd want to come to Boston to be a 7th or 8th defenseman.

I also don't see the Sharks ever parting ways with Meier, and if they did, the Bruins wouldn't use him as a spare forward.

I don't think you get that return from STL, LA or SJS.

STL - Thompson is a 1st rd pick from two years ago who has already made it to NHL.
LA - As a Bruins fan we need to stop with anything more than a 6th rd pick for Mcquaid. MAYBE a low 5th, but that would need to be at the deadline. There is no Chance you get a 2nd rd pick for your 6th or 7th Dman, especially around free agency. There are two dozen other guys they could sign and not lose the pick.
SJ - why? they could sign Stastny or Thornton or Bozak or a comparble center without losing Their 1st rd pick 9th overall pick who is 21 and scored 21 goals last year. Jake Debrusk is 21 and scored 16 goals.

I didn't even notice, you signed two guys are are at the very least.equal to, but really better than Mcquaid, for less than McQuaid makes.

If I am LA I sign Moore or Sustr and keep my 2nd rd pick.
