Description

Stars find a way to make Tavares work. Window for the cup becomes two years. Dallas per rumors is keeping Spezza this year. LTIR for Hanzal is a bit of a pipe dream considering he is saying he feels better then ever. A back in the offseason is not the same as a back 5 games into the season. Spezza and Methot money is used for Seguin, Lindell and Honka next summer.

Note that picks for Shore/Ritchie trades aren't super specific. This is about trimming cap.

My bad, I had the wrong D Shore player in mind. Still say no though, there is no need, he's not really an upgrade for them.

A better player? We have him under control for the next few years. He's pretty good at what he does, and not many guys on the team can do what he does best. I don't see him as readily available. If Dallas is looking for a hockey trade I'd expect Honka be first in line. I'm sure Nill has a price for Johns but I'm not sure its reasonable.
