what is your thinking on that Pittsburgh trade? because that is possibly the worst trade I've ever seen on this site

I read several articles that the Pens aren't happy with Kessell, and are interested in potentially moving Letang. Other articles refer to the Pens needing to be harder to play against. Looch and Kass provide that. Sekera ia a very well rounded top 4 dman, albeit coming off an injury. main reason,we need an offensive RH D and a scoring winger with speed, this solves both. Also the pick was Oiler 1st this year, not next

What the hell dude, all 3 trades are favoritely favoring the Oilers... it' nice to be a homer but at least offer trades that helps or address the needs of the opposing team

Even with the pick being 2018, this isn't even remotely close.

Lucic, Sekera hve very little trading value because they are both coming off bad seasons, are getting older, are expensive, etc etc

letang is coming off a season of 51 points.....Kessell nearly had 100 points this year.... Let that sink in for a sec. Combined that is more then Edmontons 3 players combined....the past two years.......

Not sure if the Pens are looking to trade either Letang or Kessel would look to add dead salary back, I'm sorry but that trade makes zero sense. As far as the Drake and Colin Larkin, you are not in any world receiving a second rounder for a fringe NHLer and a yet to even prove himself as an AHL C.
