    I was thinking the same!

    Question though (not directed at ragsandbluesfan)... it seems that trading Grubauer is the latest CapFriendly fad. Is he truly a #1 though? And, if he is, is he going to demand #1 pay on his next contract?

    I don't know if Grubauer is a legit #1, but I think he would be an excellent place holder for a couple of years. Howard could sign a 2 year extension and they could fill the net as a 1A and 1B. That would give the WIngs time to see how Larsson, Fulcher and Petruzzelli develop.

    I was thinking that Wash would have to add a little something in the Grubauer/AA swap.

    Do you think Wings could trade Svechnikov for Bean? Carolina could draft Andrei and put the brothers together. How is Bean developing?

    Also, by trading for a young D, the Wings could draft Wahlstrom possibly.

    i think grubby is a legit #1 goalie in waiting and going to get him is only going to help. jarry in pitts could be an option also.
