okay you have some good things happening here. I really like your #1,2 and 3 C. Finally somebody places Tkachuk at C. He is a force,, with some nasty and goes where he wants down low. I also prefer Danault at 3rd C. This places him in a position of strenght. Not sure Plecky wants to come back as a 4th C. I loved him but I say move on. I do not see Lehkonen as a top LW. On D side of puck, yes, but his offense is not there, at least not this year. I see him more as a very good 3rd line LW. Hopefully both Drouin and Hudon have stronger years next year and they can be your #1 and #2 LW`s. On RW side, I would move Gallagher to #3 LW and bump up Sherbak and Galchenyuk. I also like Deslauriers as 4th LW. Too many people on here have him as a 5th or even 6 LW. We need someone that is a heavy hitter and occasional glove drop.

I forgot to comment on your D. Both Reilly and Juulsen can play themselves into MTL`s top six next season and if they do, I would move Petry. Could go get a good C with him. If Reilly does the job, MTL would have both him and Mete as fast moving LHD. Also if Reilly and Mete, step it up, dooes MTL need Matheson. He is listed as Florida`s #3 D.

Matheson= 6'2" 24yo with 22pts... Yes we need him :-)
and yes I agree: First line proposition should be the third one... playing against big line.
If Brady could jump in like P-Dubois in CBJ... it would be a great killing first line.

if MTL gets Boqvist. Move Petry, right away, at the draft and 2 to 3 yrs from now, he becomes #1 RHD, with Juulsen #2 RHD, so you can even more Weber.

Pretty sure "their team" is MTL. Are you saying you think they would get offer sheets from other teams?

I love Boqvist as a player and hope if we don't get Dahlin we take him. They need to stop getting points in games and drop more lol. I agree with the 1-2 combo potential but we will need a bigger sample size of juulsen to evaluate the talent. I know Dahlin is LHD but best player in the draft by far and will be a franchise player.

I don't think we will fall enough to get Dahlin. Boqvist would be a great option as well, but i love Tkachuks game and think he could make a major impact right away, i also think we could get a very good D prospect with one of our second round picks Calen Addison, Mattias Samuelsson? Not someone who could step in right away like a Dahlin or Boqvist but that's why i made the trade for Mathesson.
