Description
Let me know if these are fair value. Girgensons/Nylander for RNH will probably get backlash, but I think it's a good deal for both teams. Edmonton gets to shed a lot of salary, and they get Nylander. While he hasn't been great so far, there's no denying Nylander has a lot of natural talent, and playing with McDavid or Draisaitl should bring out his best effort. Acquiring RNH relieves ROR of some defensive responsibilities, and the Sabres get stronger at center. I included the 2nd because RNH is the best player in the deal.

A late 1st and O’Regan aint gettin u Kane at this point with his value at this deadline. Buffalo says no to Edmonton deal because that’s all in Edm’s favor. Lehner’s worth more than a 3rd

Sabres dont really have a need for RNH, they got Mittelstadt, Nylander can be spent better elsewhere. Trading Lehner, especially for such a meager return is pointless and Reinhart doesn't get you Sanheim nor should Sabres move him. They'll be able to retain him fairly cheap.

Sharks don’t have a 1st or 2nd this year, that’s why it’s 2019. Sabres like O’Regan because he’s had chemistry with Eichel. Sharks are one of the leading contenders to get Kane, so who else could the Sabres be looking at from them? Roy?

Sabres desperately need to improve their bottom 6, and RNH is a good option. If anything I thought the Oilers would reject that trade.

Teams are shying away from Kane and looking at him as a last resort. His value isn’t that high because of his reputation. This would be a decent haul and better than letting him walk for nothing. Lehner value is 2nd tops and Isles said last week they were not interested, that was before Greiss got hurt though. There is zero market for starting goalies right now.

Says a fan of a team who unloaded everything for Nash. Kane's value has been set.

Lol. Lindgren stings. Spooner was gone at years end, got rid of Beleskey. They are in better shape for a playoff run this year and better shape cap wise the next 2 years. All while holding onto the core prospects. It was an overpay....all deadline deals for the buyer are. I’m fine with it. I’d rather have a fading Nash than that A hole at his best.

Bruins fans are funny. Kessel and Lucic were okay, Marchand is okay, but not that A hole Kane.

Was happy to get rid of Kessel and Looch. Marchand is an A hole. But his team mates love him and isn’t a locker room problem/team cancer. Kane is. And the league knows it.

Pretty close on Kane. 2nd that turns ro 1st if he signs with them. O’Regan. Conditional 4th. Good job on that one. You just about nailed it.
