Description

CAR gets some picks with the chance at a 2nd 1st rounder. Derek Ryan is a defensive C who doesn't get much credit but is a good fit with what WPG is trying to do. The conditional 1st adds incentive.
NYR trades their #1 LHD for a top 6 LWer with 1st line capabilities in his rookie season (Connor), a bottom 6 former 1st rounder who still has upside (Dano) a 1st, and a possible top 6 LHD prospect who could replace McDonagh in the future (Stanley).

WPG gets a very real shot at a Stanley cup with improved PK and bottom 6 reliability from Ryan, and a top 6 D core unparalleled around the league. The Jets could sit tight at the deadline but there is no arguing that the line up bellow would give them a very real shot at a CUP within the next two years while not mortgaging the future.

They don't Keep Dano and Add Roslovic if you're already getting Kyle Connor. That'd be an absolute non-starter and I think the deal is more than fair already!
