Ive read that article and I am really a big Nash fan but if the price for him includes Tolvanen, Nashville laughs and hangs up.

Evander Kane produces more on a crummier team too.

Tolvanen for Nash has Forsberg for Erat written all over it.

Tolvanen + Trenin + 1st for Nash is way too high. Maybe for 2008 Rick Nash...

If Rick Nash gets traded to Nashville, I think everybody wins.

As for the Rangers getting back two first round picks worth of value for Nash this year, it doesn't seem at all likely.

If NYR can't manage to get a good deal on sending Nash to Nashville, though, it probably just means they have terrible pun karma from never trading for Paul Ranger.

No doubt, Nash is a better player than Marty Erat. I was more considering the fact that they both would potentially end up with like 50 or fewer games for the team that acquired them. Can't compare Tolvanen to Forsberg yet either, but he could end up having a very long and successful NHL career.

agreed. Nash to nashville just sounds good== and it fills every need that nashville actually needs. he plays in every situation. if nashville is ALL IN like reported, they'll pay a higher price (just like caps did with erat)..
