Trocheck is a very coveted middle six forward (though he indisputably produces like a top six forward), and at that kind of contract, I doubt Florida lets him go. Even if the package you're offering is as good as Nelson, Bellows and a 1st.
That said, if the team completely death spirals (it is now, and it'll likely continue) between now and the TDL and Tavares says he's had it with Snow's Islanders, maybe revisit this idea. I'd think if you could convince Tavares to sign a contract with Florida prior to the trade (oozing with young talent like Ekblad, Barkov, Huberdeau, Bjugstad, all of whom are on more or less team friendly contracts), maybe Florida would let go of Trocheck, a 1st and one of their better right shooting defensemen? Just a thought.
As for the other two trades, they seem fair enough. I'm sure Vancouver fans would hate that Tanev trade, but considering where they are as a franchise right now, it seems fair to me. And I think Washington would accept that for their backup goalie.
