Weber's contract is very tradeable later on in the deal. His actual salary goes down, while his cap hit is high AND he has no clauses regarding trades/movement. A low cap team looking for a cheap salary to add a high cap hit would gladly take on Webers contract similar to what ARZ did with Pronger's deal, and what TOR did with Horton.
All of what I stated, that's assuming Weber's play declines and isn't worth the deal. That's a whole other conversation.
