I understand your frustration. Lots of draft picks. With the draft picks and or the cap space, I would go get a 1 and 2 C and move Drouin and Galchenyuk to the wings. I like your 3rd and 4th C. Is your top four D strong enough?

Top 4 probably worst in the league. Hopefully a ticket to dahlin come the end of June. Tavares stastny and Backlund are the only Cs I’m interested as UFAs this year. The 4 picks we have in the first should turn out being a deep draft. Is also trade some things to try and get Trouba. He’d be 1RD instantly

Benn-Jerabek are more productive then Alzner-Petry for 1/5 the cap

Imo if Oilers made this trade it would be Nuge over Yamamoto. Winger depth is not a strength of the Oilers and center would be a bigger need of the Have. Habs have a ton of wingers.
