doubt cbj makes that trades, unless a younger asset is involved from mtls side

I don't mind the Wild trade. Benn is probably worth more to another team than a late 5th rounder the Wild give up, assuming the Wild can make the cap and contract count work.

Shaw is playing the best he ever has and been top 3 goals all year for us
he is worth minimum the same we paid for him in the summer but this is trade deadline
where Timmonen and Hainsey had value .

outside that i'd keep Benn personally because he's been virtually the only consistent PK leader for us.
he plays left and right side Well unlike 90% of NHL level D his back handed is strong enough to transition pucks off the boards without
having to slam his body into the boards trying to stop it losing position and speed in doing so every time .
(only Jerabek and Benn can do that for us so i'd move Morrow while his value is the highest its ever been )

i will dock you 1 point for the shaw trade because it makes us worse all around losing our top 3 goal scorer with heart
