Tbh with you I dont see him getting traded but anything is possible. I mean Montreal is having a bad year and you know Bergevin.

Rust is great and you’d love him.

Pens have Hornqvist(if resigned), Kessel, Sprong, and Reaves on RW, so no room for Rust. Rust is a RW/LW who is a lot better on RW. He PKs and is an RFA after this year. He’s also the 2nd fastest on the team, behind Hagelin. This trade is actually very good for both teams.
