    He is actually paying 6 centers over 4 million each if you count Drouin and Galchenyuk.

    Especially Danault. I don't think he's worth 4M$ for five years. More like 3.5 for two, tops. He wants to stay in MTL (close to family and friends), so the habs have the bigger end of the stick.

    hahahah Forget Drouin at Center... need is skill at the wings.
    Galchy could have been good but the organization as no faith in him there.

    If you're gonna make all those UFA signings, there is really zero need to trade for Anisimov.

    And I wouldn't trade Scherbak even straight up for Duclair. We are already stacked with small-ish, left-handed wingers (Drouin, Byron, Lehkonen, Hudon, Carr). Really don't need to trade a RHS playmaker with a nice frame who is having a great year in the AHL and is also one of our few prospects with some real upside for Duclair.
